Just 45 minutes from both Dallas and Ft Worth area, and 2.8 mi. on FM 813, from IH-45 at Palmer, TX, exit 259. Property is fenced and gated, remote gate openers are included for you convenience. Wide driveways and parking areas, just outside front door, includes covered parking. Screened porches with 8 ceiling fans and lots of seating, including gliders and rocking chairs, around three sides of Great Room. Pool just outside. Beautiful views of nature at its best. Birding, admiring the landscape and breathtaking sunsets are just to name a few. Large beautiful pool with hot tub attached. Inside you are welcomed by spacious great room with an oversized rocked fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms off of a wide hall, each with its own full, in suite, bathroom.
